"Whether it's her wedding day or the red carpet, the most important thing I tell all my clients getting ready for a big event is to pick a dress style that highlights their natural assets and then make them even better with these targeted moves,” says trainer Kit Rich.
Ground rules: Do 2 or 3 exercises that target each muscle group, performing 2 or 3 sets of each for 8 to 12 reps, depending on your fitness level. Do these moves as stand-alone workouts on days when you are time-crunched, otherwise, add these exercises to your regular cardio. Ideally, you are working out 5-6 days a week, doing your targeted toning moves every other day. Add resistance bands and loops, sliders and balls to up the intensity and fast-track your results.

Targeted toning areas: Chest, back, biceps, triceps, butt, legs. Tailor your workout with these moves:
Chest: wide-arm pushups, chest flys Back: lat pull-downs & pull-ups, back flys, rows Biceps: bicep curls, hammer curls Triceps: tricep kickbacks, straight arm tricep lifts, pushups Butt and Legs: lunges, squats, clamshells, booty kicks, leg raises, mountain climbers (using sliders)t |
