Dana's Bakery: gluten-free goodies. On a mission to revolutionize the dessert, she started Dana’s Bakery, infusing French techniques with all-American flavors for an artisanal line of macarons designed to please the palate with a comforting sense of nostalgia. Spicing it up with five new flavors this season: sugar cookie, egg nog, nutcracker (chocolate hazelnut), jelly doughnut and Chanukah Gelt.
