Tip of the Day: If you're seeking a whiter smile before your big day, look into the best teeth whitening options early on. "There are in-office whitening procedures, over-the-counter whitening products, and take-home products that can be purchased from the dentist," says Nancy C. Aft, DDS at ProDent NY. "I recommend starting with over-the-counter whitening strips, ie Crest Whitening Strips. and then consider professional treatments," she says. "Any procedure that you choose, you should start at least one to two months prior to the wedding for optimal results and be sure to follow the directions! Beware, some of these products can make your teeth sensitive, so use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth until the whitening is complete."

Tip of the Day: If it's important that you have all of your friends and family attend your wedding, prioritize holding it at a time and place that is most accessible to the majority of your guest list says Cat Greenleaf, owner of The Catskill Mountain House. While a destination wedding or fun location might be appealing, not everyone will be able to afford or take the time off of work to attend.

Tip of the Day: Before deciding to have a cosmetic procedure done, prioritize researching the best people in the industry. "Even if you are opting for a quick fix with Botox or fillers, do your research to find a qualified board-certified surgeon who has a great reputation in the community," says Dr. Stafford Broumand of 740 Park Plastic Surgery. When in doubt, ask friends or family for their recommendations to ensure you'll be happy with the final results.
