Tip of the Day: Regina of Cloud Nove Events recommends preparing all final wedding payments and tips in advance. Have an envelope labeled with each vendor's name and the amount, and designate someone to distribute them at the end of the evening. (Bring some extra envelopes in case you’d like to adjust accordingly at the end of the event.)
"The last thing you’ll have time for is to stumble through a pile of cash to pay each vendor, and most likely you won’t have correct change. This can feel awkward and nervewracking on the day of the wedding, so prepare in advance," she says.

Getting referrals from vendors can be a safe bet since they all work together and have experience, and will usually get a better deal.
