Tip of the Day: When planning out the timing of your wedding day, don't forget to consider the weather. Specifically, an outdoor wedding ceremony can be uncomfortably hot for both you and your guests in the heat of the day. "Combat the heat by either moving your ceremony a bit later in the day. Or if the timing must be on the earlier side, consider providing paper umbrellas or a covered structure to keep the sun at bay," says Deanna from Deanna Nash Events.

If your venue is a beautiful, historic estate, but they do not have upgraded electrical systems, you will need to factor the cost to rent generators into your budget. Does the venue include any reception rentals, bathrooms, etc.? "These are items that many unique venues do not include and can increase your wedding budget greatly if you were not anticipating the expense," she says.

Tip of the Day: "If you're having an evening reception, consider stepping out to take some awesome nighttime shots, which can be unique additions to your bride and groom portraits," says Sarah Maughan from Urban Anchor Photography.
