Love Letters: Stacy & Paul in Huntington Beach, CA

After a yearlong courtship, Paul asked Stacy to marry him — immediately setting the couple into wedding-planning overdrive. The twosome wanted to combine literary elements to reflect their passion for reading and writing with their love of antique items, thus generating a vintage storybook theme. Old books, a reclaimed typewriter and Scrabble letters were at the heart of the decor, coupled with a muted color palette of charcoal, slate and blush, which created an earthy ambience. The bride explains, “I think that love is in the details and we wanted to infuse our passions and personalities into the festivities.”
