A farm-fresh wedding in the Tennessee hills puts a fresh spin on fall’s traditional colors, suffusing the day with an extra dose of Southern charm.

“The couple wanted something different, so we softened fall’s traditional color palette with yellow and rose golds, mixed with au naturel textures.” said Lynn Whisenant & Angela Wilkes of Mint Springs Farm. “The rose golds, the fresh greens, soft greys and that gorgeous cappuccino rose worked together to take typical fall colors to a whole new level!“
A sweetheart table at the end of a dock affords the couple breathing room.
A petite wedding cake garnished with edible mixed-metallic leaf and fresh, in-season figs.

The groom’s crisp boutonnière.
Gold-toned lanterns and coppery votives provided the perfect glow.
Sugary macarons were a sweet surprise favor.
The straight-from-the-garden bouquet.
The signature sip: ginger rum apple cider.
Even the bruschetta aligned with the prevailing color scheme.
The palette came into full flower on the reception tables, set with florals and a mix of vintage glass and sleek, modern flatware.
